Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Provide mobility assistance and transfer patients safely
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Support meal service and ensure proper nutrition for residents
- Assist with recreational activities to enhance patient well-being
- Follow infection control protocols and maintain a clean environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Arizona CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation to work shifts
