Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient behavior, and health changes
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning using proper techniques
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and medical equipment
- Support emotional well-being through active listening and empathy
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Ohio CNA certification or willingness to obtain through our program
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
