Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration) and document accurately
- Provide mobility assistance and safe patient transfers
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Assist with meal service and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver coordinated care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Georgia CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with genuine desire to help others
- Reliable transportation to various Atlanta locations
- Pass background check and drug screening
