Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition
- Prepare and serve meals while accommodating dietary restrictions
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Support social and recreational activities to enhance resident wellbeing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Washington State CNA certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification (training provided)
