Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs and resident health observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Support residents with meals and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Document care activities accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Colorado CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
- Background check and drug screen required
