Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
- Document patient observations accurately and maintain confidential records
- Support patients with activities of daily living while preserving dignity
- Collaborate with healthcare team to implement individualized care plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Current Texas CNA certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

- Must pass background check and drug screening
