Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patients' personal care needs including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and positioning to prevent bedsores
- Document patient care accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Support patients with nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient comfort
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate attitude with genuine desire to help others
