Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Document patient observations in electronic health records

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Texas CNA certification
