Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Provide emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications
- Valid Ohio CNA certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
