Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfer using proper techniques
- Document patient observations accurately in medical records
- Support residents with activities of daily living and emotional needs
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current Michigan CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Reliable transportation to various Detroit locations
