Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Measure and record vital signs and food intake
- Provide mobility support and transfer assistance
- Report resident observations to nursing staff

- Support social and recreational activities
- Adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be state-certified CNA or willing to obtain certification
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
