Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with mobility, transferring, and positioning patients safely using proper techniques.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with health regulations.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and patient needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license is preferred, but we accept enthusiastic candidates willing to obtain certification through our training program.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift patients as needed.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
