As a CNA with us, you will be the heartbeat of our care team, supporting patients with daily activities and ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques to prevent injury.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient status and care provided in electronic health records.
- Communicate effectively with the nursing staff, physicians, and families regarding patient conditions and needs.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current California CNA License (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or willingness to obtain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
