Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning patients
- Support daily activities to ensure patient comfort and dignity
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver coordinated care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must obtain Wisconsin CNA certification within 90 days of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Physical stamina for lifting patients and standing for extended periods
