Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Take vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Provide basic patient care under nursing supervision
- Support mealtime assistance and nutritional needs
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
- Participate in team training and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Must obtain California CNA certification within 120 days of hire
