Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document resident care accurately and timely in electronic health records
- Transport residents safely to appointments and activities
- Assist with meal service and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain a clean and organized resident environment
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Missouri CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
