Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Support patients during meals and maintain nutritional standards
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper techniques
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Florida CNA certification or enrollment in certification program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
