Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
- Support patient independence while ensuring safety and comfort
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care plans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Wisconsin CNA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient dignity
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Background check and drug screen required
