Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Provide mobility support and safe transfer assistance
- Deliver mealtime assistance and ensure nutritional needs are met
- Monitor residents' health status and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Participate in care planning meetings and collaborate with healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Current Colorado CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to elder care
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment physical
- No prior experience required (training provided)
