Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take vital signs and document patient observations
- Provide mobility support and position patients
- Feed patients and assist with nutritional needs
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team and families
- Follow infection control protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior healthcare experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Compassionate and patient-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation to work shifts
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Must obtain Texas CNA certification within 120 days of hire
