Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse, respiration)
- Provide mobility support and safe patient transfers
- Help patients with nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required – we train you!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Current CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic computer literacy for documentation tasks
