Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and patient positioning
- Support nutritional needs and meal preparation
- Maintain clean, safe environments for patients
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members
- Adhere to HIPAA and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- No prior CNA experience required – we train!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate nature and strong communication skills
- Willingness to obtain CNA certification (if not already certified)
