Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately
- Assist with meal service and ensure proper nutrition
- Support nurses in patient care documentation and reporting
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Transport patients safely within the facility
- Build meaningful relationships through patient interaction
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain California CNA certification within 90 days
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid California Driver's License (preferred)
- Background check and TB clearance required
- Compassionate attitude and strong communication skills
