Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning patients
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Support healthcare team during procedures and treatments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Indiana CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
