Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Provide mobility support and transfer assistance
- Document patient observations accurately in medical records
- Ensure a clean and safe patient environment
- Offer emotional support and companionship to residents

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior experience necessary - we train the right candidates!
- Current Oklahoma CNA certification or willingness to obtain during training

- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
