Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to patients including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with meal services and ensure proper nutrition for residents
- Support nursing staff with clinical documentation and patient observations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior healthcare experience required – we train!
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
- Background check and drug screen required post-offer
