Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques

- Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments per infection control protocols

Qualifications
