Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning patients safely
- Support daily living activities while maintaining patient dignity
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and family members
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Participate in team huddles and care planning sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary – training provided
- Current North CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training available)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
