Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Provide mobility assistance and patient positioning
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff regarding patient status
- Support patients with emotional and psychological needs
- Adhere to infection control protocols and hospital policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Current Arizona CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
