Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Transport residents safely within the facility
- Maintain clean and sanitized resident environments
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Participate in team huddles and care planning meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Washington State CNA certification (training provided)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation to work shifts
