Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Provide basic wound care and support rehabilitation exercises
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure patient comfort and safety
- Document patient care accurately in medical records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary
- Valid California CNA certification or willingness to obtain through our training program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (will provide training)
- Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
