Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care via telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
- Assist providers with clinical documentation and remote patient monitoring
- Manage patient scheduling, referrals, and insurance verification remotely
- Provide patient education and follow-up support via phone/video
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant data security for all digital interactions
- Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Prepare and process medical documentation electronically
Qualifications
- Accredited Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA)
- 2+ years of clinical or remote medical support experience

- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
