Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report patient changes to nursing staff
- Support meal services and ensure proper nutrition/hydration
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with medical equipment and supply inventory
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary - we provide full training!
- Current Massachusetts CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic computer literacy for documentation tasks
