Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take vital signs and record patient observations
- Provide mobility support and position patients safely
- Assist with meal service and ensure nutritional needs
- Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Support emotional well-being through compassionate care
Qualifications
- No prior experience required (training provided)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid California Driver's License (preferred)
- Fluency in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
