Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with patient mobility and transfer activities
- Document patient observations accurately in medical records
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Support patient emotional well-being through compassionate interaction
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Qualifications
- Active North CNA certification required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
