Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Support nurses with clinical tasks under supervision
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Current Oklahoma CNA certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
