Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation using proper techniques
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Support residents with nutritional needs and meal assistance
- Maintain accurate resident documentation and care records
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning meetings
- Ensure a clean, safe, and dignified living environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Compassionate nature with genuine desire to help seniors
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic computer literacy for documentation
- Background check and pre-employment health screening required
