Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients with daily activities
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately in patient records
- Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and positioning techniques
- Support patients with nutrition and hydration needs
- Maintain clean, safe environments in patient care areas
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Nebraska CNA certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Compassionate attitude and patience with diverse patients
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
