Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse)
- Provide basic patient care under RN supervision
- Document patient observations and care in medical records
- Support infection control protocols and maintain hygiene standards
- Transport patients safely within the facility
- Assist with meal service and nutritional needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current AZ CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic life support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly and vulnerable patients
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
