Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning patients
- Support nursing staff with clinical procedures and documentation
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team
- Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current Washington State CNA certification or enrollment in approved training program
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training provided)
- Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for elderly/disabled patients
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
