Responsibilities
- Provide daily patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and patient transfers using proper techniques
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Support patients with activities of daily living in a respectful manner
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be CNA certified or obtain certification within 60 days of hire
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate nature with genuine desire to help others
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
