Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support activities of daily living for elderly and disabled residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess or obtain Florida CNA certification within 90 days
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Pass background check and drug screening
