Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and treatments as directed
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Transport patients safely between departments and appointments
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
- Support patients with emotional needs and maintain dignity at all times
Qualifications
- Current Ohio CNA certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- No prior hospital experience necessary – we train!
