Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report patient conditions to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers using proper techniques
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments and equipment
- Support emotional well-being through active listening and empathy
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Completion of state-approved CNA training program (provided)
- No prior experience necessary - comprehensive training included
- Current CPR certification (will be provided)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Valid Colorado driver's license (if transporting patients)
