Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Measure and record vital signs and patient information
- Support nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient monitoring
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Provide emotional support to patients and families
- Follow infection control protocols and safety procedures
- Document patient care accurately and timely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Texas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate patient-centered approach
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
