Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth consultations and patient assessments
- Monitor patient vitals and health data remotely
- Coordinate care plans with multidisciplinary teams
- Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems
- Educate patients on chronic disease management
- Respond to emergency calls per protocols
- Participate in virtual case conferences
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Texas (TX RN)
- 2+ years clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or remote nursing preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficient with telehealth platforms (e.g., Teladoc, Amwell)
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
