Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and position changes
- Support nursing staff with clinical documentation and reporting
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Deliver emotional support and companionship to residents
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Active Virginia CNA certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Background check and drug screen clearance
