Responsibilities
- Assist patients with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor and document vital signs
- Transport patients safely within facility
- Assist nurses with medical procedures
- Maintain clean patient environments
- Report patient changes to nursing staff
- Support patient emotional needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Current TN CNA certification
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Pass background/drug screening
