Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential medical records

- Transport patients safely within the facility using appropriate equipment

Qualifications
