Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in long-term care settings
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Transport residents safely within facility

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Wisconsin CNA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided if needed)
